I served as the project lead for this film, overseeing every stage of production. I wrote, produced, directed, production designed, sound designed, and edited the film, as well as composed four original songs. Throughout the process, I gained hands-on experience securing filming permits and coordinating across departments, including the 1st AD, cinematographer, cast, and sound mixer. This project reinforced the importance of thorough pre-production, clear communication, and collaborative leadership in keeping a crew aligned toward a unified vision and ensuring an efficient shoot. Working with an extremely limited budget also strengthened my resourcefulness and sharpened my problem-solving abilities at every stage of production.
